Malaysia to get Lumia710 for Christmas

Malaysia will finally get to see the Windows Phone running Nokia phones this month, hopefully before Christmas.  We heard that Nokia Malaysia will be launching the Nokia Lumia 710 in Malaysia some time this week.  Lumia710 is one of the first  2 Windows Phone released by Nokia since their decision to make Microsoft’s Windows Phone OS as their primary OS for their phones.  There have been a lot of commotion about the release of these phone worldwide especially the high end Lumia 800, like the promotional gig in Germany. Nokia is going all out in promoting the phones cause it is their last effort to come back as a serious contender in the mobile phone market since the dawn of smartphones. Now the market is basically being dominated by Samsung, Apple, HTC and Motorola.  Samsung has overtaken Nokia as the largest mobile phone manufacturer a few year back.  So far, the results are quite positive.  Maybe not as great as they would hope for but better than their recent new releases.  Lumia 800 in particular, seems to be quite popular in Europe and US.  Well, in the mean time we can only have a glimpse of what the new generation Nokia has to offer with the Lumia710. However, the so called flagship Lumia800 is what we are looking forward to and its rumored to be launched here in Malaysia early 2012.
