iPad Mini in 2012?

A rumor has been going around that Apple is planning for an iPad Mini some time in Q3 2012.  This may or may not be the real thing.  But its hard to say really.  If Steve Jobs was around it would probably not since he's been insisting on the current size of iPhone and iPad to be the most optimal size for the gadgets respectively.  This is why (also a rumor) that iPhone5 was delayed due to the fact that he did not agree on the idea that the screen size being 4".  However, looking how successful Samsung has been with its Galaxy Tab 7 and Tab 7 Plus, one might say its a piece of cake that is rather too attractive not to consider.  Since the "mini" tablet market now is just being dominated by Samsung.  HTC Flyer is also a 7" tablet but its not really making waves though.  So, maybe the new top guy in Apple, Mr Tim Cook might see things differently and perhaps is trying to get some share out the "mini" tablet fans out there.  So keep your fingers cross on the iPad Mini
